Employer branding strategy for Arzinger
Arzinger, an independent law firm, is one of the leaders in the legal services market in Ukraine. Among the company's clients are leading representatives of international and local businesses.
Develop an employer branding strategy and come up with a plan for the initial implementation of the Employer Value Proposition targeting the internal and external company audiences.
What we did
We conducted internal and external research, organized focus groups among employees and potential candidates, interviewed external recruiters working in the legal market and analyzed competitors.

Based on the analysis, we defined the fundamentals of Arzinger's employer brand and the concept of a unique value proposition (EVP) with a "Team of Champions" motto at its core. We formulated 6 key principles of work in Arzinger.

We developed a creative and visual concept and came up with an elaborate step-by-step plan for the implementation of the updated employer brand.
The Loud&Proud Agency team helped us define the Employer Value Proposition and frame the company's key competitive advantages and messages. This was the starting point in strengthening our employer brand and had a very strong impact on the team because we were able to develop a common vision and agree on a communication strategy.
