PJSC "Myronivsky Hliboproduct", or MHP, is Ukraine’s leading agricultural holding, the market leader in horticulture and poultry farming segments.
To introduce young people to the agricultural holding and kindle interest in employment opportunities at MHP.
Task
What we did
We organized and conducted a 30-hour-long interactive hackathon. Students majoring in technologies for the agricultural sector worked on solving a real case from the company.
We undertook the project from start to finish. We were in charge of the program development, hackathon promo campaign, call for applications, preparation of the participant package, work with partners and sponsors, and, finally, coordination of the hackathon during the event, including venue selection and catering for participants.

As a result, all hackathon participants were invited to an internship at MHP, and 7 teams came on a tour to see MHP’s innovative production.

Hackathons should provide the organizing company with an opportunity to meet the brightest students, understand the interests of the new generation and find talented young professionals for the team. Thanks to the cooperation with L&P, we achieved our goals. Many hackathon students became interested in internships at our enterprises, and two participants are already employed at the Vinnytsia Poultry Farm.
