Programming tournament "Battle IT by SimCorp"
SimCorp is a leading international provider of integrated solutions for investment management headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Host a programming competition for young IT majors, create a favorable impression of SimCorp’s employer brand, and kindle interest in developing their careers with SimCorp.
Task
What we did
We organized and conducted an online programming tournament. There were two stages of the tournament, selection, and finals. It was attended by IT students from all over Ukraine.
We took all responsibility for the development of the concept for the tournament and its organization: creating the idea and the program, launching promotional campaigns for the event, creating the landing page, collecting applications, preparing gifts for the winners, working with partners, and, finally, coordinating the tournament. At the end of the event, we also provided the company with recommendations for the organization of the next competition.
