We conducted internal and external research, organized focus groups among employees and potential candidates, interviewed external recruiters and analyzed competitors.
This led to creating a portrait of the ideal candidate, defining the fundamentals of SimCorp's employer brand and the concept of a unique employer value proposition (EVP) with a "Work as it should be" motto at its core.
We came up with a step-by-step plan of initiatives to showcase an updated employer brand on external channels. As part of this initiative, we organized a photo session of the team and updated information about SimCorp on career sources. In particular, we created career pages on DOU and Happy Monday and published materials about working at the company in Happy Monday media and the DOU blog.
