Employer branding strategy for SimCorp
SimCorp is a leading international provider of integrated solutions for investment management headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Develop an employer branding strategy for a company that has an established reputation in the international market, but is little known in Ukraine.
Task
What we did
We conducted internal and external research, organized focus groups among employees and potential candidates, interviewed external recruiters and analyzed competitors.

This led to creating a portrait of the ideal candidate, defining the fundamentals of SimCorp's employer brand and the concept of a unique employer value proposition (EVP) with a "Work as it should be" motto at its core.

We came up with a step-by-step plan of initiatives to showcase an updated employer brand on external channels. As part of this initiative, we organized a photo session of the team and updated information about SimCorp on career sources. In particular, we created career pages on DOU and Happy Monday and published materials about working at the company in Happy Monday media and the DOU blog.
This year we are just getting started with the systematic development of our employer brand, and we needed help with approaching this process.

We were lucky to find not just contractors, but a team that can hear the needs of the client, analyze them, and offer interesting solutions. We still have a long way to go, but we are happy to be on this journey together. Special thanks to Anna for her willingness to share ideas and help with their implementation.
