We conducted research on the internal environment and the external market to understand the point of view of both the team and the candidates. We learned what they value in the employer and whether work at Weidmann is attractive for people in Malyn.
We developed a data-driven employer value proposition (EVP), "Decent life in your hometown", and created a visual concept to promote a new employer brand.
We also prepared a step-by-step plan of initiatives for the launch and development of the internal and external employer brand for Weidmann.
